Ø Philips UVA lamp is used to provide enough high UV-A light source for exposure needs, improve efficiency and increase lamp life.

Ø Exposure unit built-in strong heat radiate system

Ø High-quality professional abrasive vacuum suction foil, strong penetration, good air conduction effect

Ø fast vacuum speed, making plate and film more seamless, and UVA reaches plate surface more evenly.

Ø The brush is made of high quality nylon brush bristles with good elasticity. The high density brush bristles enhances cleanliness, improves speed of plate washing, reduces the time of plate stay in solvent, and protects high definition network and dots.

Ø Solvent heating system is an independent intelligent water conduction heating system to prevent the danger of direct heating of solvents.

Ø Philips UVC lamp is adopted in light finisher unit with barrier protection. The front panel and both sides are ventilated by shutters. After that, the exhaust fan is discharged to ensure ozone removal and make the machine and plate more durable.

Ø Drying layer has good sealing, built-in strong fan, uniform thermal cycle temperature and fast drying speed.
